StumbleCouncil to discuss LV’s strategic plan

The Las Vegas City Council will hold a special meeting Monday at 10 a.m. to discuss the current and future element of the city's strategic plan.
The meeting will be held in Room 104 at Cashman Center. City staff will give the council reports to help the board formulate strategic planning goals.
The open meeting does include citizens participation.
