Brian Lee Allen pleaded guilty on Monday to first-degree murder and robbery with the use of a deadly weapon in the killing of Kimberly Fondy.
Jury selection continued today in Washoe District Court for the trials of the other two defendants. All three could face the death penalty.
Allen, Pedro Rodriguez and Robert Paul Servin were teenagers when they allegedly killed the woman and took a safe from her Sparks home.
Chief Deputy District Attorney David Stanton says Allen could testify at the trial, but no deals have been cut for his testimony. He faces sentencing Nov. 8 by a three-judge panel.
