StumbleLetter: DMV should return to previous system

This is no joke and it just plain stinks. Not only has it upset the DMV employees but it certainly has affected many motorists who do their best to stay within the law. But even though honest taxpaying voters may carry the proper proof of insurance papers, the DMV makes a crook out of them.
Perhaps better yet we should dump the DMV and start all over again. I am sure that a shake-up at the top of the ladder would create results where all else seems to have failed. Perhaps our new governor could help in this matter.
