Gordon Biersch Brewing Co. of Las Vegas said it's selling its 12 brewery/ restaurants to Big River Breweries Inc. of Chattanooga, Tenn. Terms weren't disclosed.
Gordon Biersch operates brewery/restaurants in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona and Washington.
Gordon Biersch will continue to own and operate its brewery and bottling plant in San Jose, Calif.
