Council announces 'Elaine Wynn Week'
The North Las Vegas City Council made three proclamations for the month of October at Wednesday's council meeting.
Six named to appeals board
The council appointed six members to the Joint Board of Appeals, which hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions or determinations by city building officials.
North Las Vegas residents Melvin Green, Rich Beasley, Chuck Brechler, Glen Anderson, Craig Thuet, and Ed Benzel were appointed to three-year terms.
