Letter: Goodman just as ineffective as his predecessor

No effort has been made by him to improve the traffic conditions and the inept traffic light programming which is one of, if not the most, pressing problems in the valley. Even if we were to be granted a pro franchise, we would all miss the tip-off or face-off, while waiting an eternity for the light to change to green.
Once again it is apparent that Las Vegas is exemplary when it comes to rewarding, reelecting or promoting those people who do a bad, incompetent or ineffective job.
