Letter: Health insurance premiums go up, but not benefits

Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1999 | 9:36 a.m.

Therefore, it would seem that after I get my civil service increase, I will end up with less than I had, before getting a cost-of-living-adjustment increase.

Cannot something be done so that our increase in premiums does not wipe out our cost-of-living adjustment increase?
