StumbleLetter: CART cars too fast for LVMS

Ron Kantowski is right about the IRL and some of its challenges, but CART cannot race at Las Vegas. Their cars are too fast and the LVMS banking is too steep.
What about CART in a street race downtown, without using the Strip like Formula One was demanding?
