Letter: Response to letter was appropriate
Friday, Nov. 26, 1999 | 9:23 a.m.
Mr. Mays states that he has received "no response" to his correspondence. I wonder how this can be, when I have an e-mail message from him dated Oct. 18, 1999, thanking this office for "a speedy reply."
The nature of this Henderson correspondent's communication with this office is an attempt to persuade the city of Las Vegas to give him $2 million in public money so that he can become a drag racing promoter.
We have prioritized our response accordingly.
