The Fiesta hotel-casino in North Las Vegas will unveil its $26 million expansion Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
The expansion includes a 20,000-square-foot casino featuring 500 slot and video poker machines, a 1,000-space parking garage, a food court offering snacks and fast foods and a smoke shop.
The expansion also includes three new restaurants. Garduno's Margarita Factory will offer 300 different margaritas, while Roxy's Puipe Organ Pizzeria will showcase a pipe organ built more than 70 years ago for New York's Roxy Theatre. The Blue Agave Oyster and Chile Bar will offer fresh seafood.
