A Las Vegas woman sued the developer of the Stratosphere hotel-casino, Bob Stupak, claiming she suffered injuries in a March 4 accident allegedly caused by his negligent driving.
In a Clark County District court suit, Normina Dennis alleged Stupak, who was driving a 1976 Cadillac, was trying to make a left turn into a parking space in front of a restaurant on Sahara Avenue when he struck her vehicle.
Stupak could not be reached for comment.
