1st Race -- Crimson Policy - Outrun in marathon Cal-Cup Starter 'Cap at Oak Tree in last, gate-to-wire victory at comparable level before that, set pace and close 2nd three races back, back to competitive level, draws good rail post, spotted right. Zig - Dueled between horses and faded to split field when 5th in last, bobbled at the start, rushed up and weakened to 6th before that, 3rd at higher level three races back, 4-for-20 lifetime, should be a froward factor throughout. Value Play -- Half Past Ten
2nd Race -- Money Order - Hopped at the start, off slow and rallied for 5th from the rail at 7-panels in last, 3rd in prior four outings, draws better post here, hot-rider Enriquez takes over on Sadler trainee, Order Money for maiden-breaker. A Good Dancer - No threat 5th in last, best effort was debut 2nd---by a head---at this trip and track mid-July, trainer Jory holding hot hand at the meeting, Blanc retains ride, back to best distance here. Value Play -- I Be Casual
3rd Race -- Da Hot Affair - Stalked then gave way when overmatched in Cal-Cup Distaff Starter at Oak Tree in last, won with steady handling at higher level while claimed by Ellis before that, 2-for-2 at Hollypark, 3-for-9 this year, Solis stays for rebound run. Sweet Ruhl - Won as the favorite for half this price while claimed in last, just missed when 2nd by a nose while claimed before that, in the quinella 5 of most recent 9 outings with a pair of wins, P. Val. takes over for new trainer Mitchell. Value Play -- Fleeting Wonder
