Biaggio Adamo, 70, of Las Vegas died Sept. 21 in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, he was born Dec. 18, 1928.
Graveside services were scheduled today at 8:30 a.m. in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Wayne R. Bacon
Wayne R. Bacon, 84, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 19, 1915, in Killeen, Texas. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired stage electrician and sound technician, an apartment owner, a Navy veteran, a member of Stagehands Union, International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 720, CEO Bacon & Pegs Inc., and Boat Owners Association, former member of AOA and member, secretary and treasurer of the Lake Mead Yacht Club.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy; one son, Steve Byron, and one daughter, Ann Armeno-Florez, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Benny Bacon of Arlington, Texas; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.
Loretta 'Dory' Bondeur
Loretta 'Dory' Bondeur, 66, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 9, 1933, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for four years, she was a retired waitress.
She is survived by her husband, Don; three daughters, Patricia Jarosz and Mary Thompson, both of Las Vegas, and Julie Gardner of Marilla, N.Y.; one sister, Ruth Wagner of Buffalo; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled 30 minutes prior to 3 p.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association, 3375 Glen Ave., No. 7, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Lucille Bruno
Lucille Bruno, 71, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 11, 1928, in Philadelphia. A resident for 24 years, she was a professional singer and a retired phlebotomist.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy M. Bruno of Philadelphia and Perry A. Bruno of Las Vegas; her mother, Sarah Merollo, and one sister, Bessie Dooley, both of Atlantic City, N.J.; one brother, Joseph Merollo of Summer Point, N.J.; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Willie B. Fealings
Willie B. Fealings, 74, died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born April 21, 1925, in Tallulah, La. A resident for one month, she was an assembler.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph of Altadena, Calif.; three brothers; three sisters; 30 nieces and 25 nephews.

Ruth Dean Fewkes
Ruth Dean Fewkes, 71, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born May 29, 1928, in Butler, Pa. A resident for 34 years, she was a retired advertising manager.
She is survived by one daughter, Gwen O'Neill, and one son, Daniel E. Fewkes, both of Las Vegas; four sisters; one brother; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Rose Jax, 74, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 23, 1924, in Michigan. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired retail manager.
She is survived by four sons, Raymond J. Jax of California, David F. Jax of Georgia and Ken P. Jax and Gregory E. Jax, both of Las Vegas; one daughter, Jennifer Jax of Las Vegas; four brothers, Phillip J. Westermann of Hawaii, George Westermann and William Westermann, both of Michigan, and Charles Westermann of Indiana; two sisters, Katherine Kraft and Mary Jo Moore, both of Michigan; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Teresa 'T' Johnson
Teresa "T" Johnson, 44, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born March 12, 1955, in Fargo, N.D. A resident for many years, she was a telephone company customer service representative.
She is survived by her parents, Earl and Helen Johnson, and two sisters, Debbie Jackson and Barb Glerup, all of Las Vegas.
Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. Burial will be private. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Sam Lemmo
Sam Lemmo, 76, of Las Vegas died Monday. He was born July 1, 1923, in Canton, Ohio. A resident for nine years, he was a retired aerospace engineer and a World War II Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; two sons, Michael Lemmo of Las Vegas and Jonathan Lemmo of San Diego; one daughter, Lucretia Fuentes of Hartford, Conn.; two sisters, Peggy Harkovitch of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Mickey Forte of Canton; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Gilbert; three daughters, Jill Lee of Henderson, Linda Avila of Las Vegas and Laura Amaral of Glenbrook; one son, Don Levites of Las Vegas; one sister, Faye Greenberg of Michigan; two brothers, Ben Ball of California and Morri Bolokofsky of Michigan; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were scheduled at noon today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Clara D. Loendorf
Clara D. Loendorf, 92, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 4, 1907, in Sheboygan, Wis. A resident for five months, she was a retired waitress.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Vogtman of Omaha, Neb.; two daughters, Sharon Collins and Barbara Vogtman-Shults, both of Henderson; two sisters, Gladys Ogarkoff of Oceanside, Calif., and May Mello of Scotts Valley, Calif.; two brothers, Eugene Dorst of Waupaca, Wis., and Donald Dorst of Los Gatos, Calif.; 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Josephine E. Mundt, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 28, 1917, in Nebraska. A resident for 29 years, she was a teacher.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna Sloan of Las Vegas.

Donald Sarkis Samarge, 67, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 16, 1932, in California. A resident for four years, he was a civil engineer for the state of California, an Army veteran and a member of Triple X.
He is survived by one daughter, Jeannine Samarge.

Yustina Samuels
Yustina Samuels, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 8, 1917, in Rock Springs, Wyo. A resident for 44 years, she was a retired hotel hostess.
She is survived by one daughter, Carol Smock of Las Vegas; one son, John Edward Samuels Jr. of Lake Tahoe, Calif.; two sisters, Louise Lewis of San Francisco and Dolly Zonatella of South Lake Tahoe, Calif.; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 6 p.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Main.
Charles 'Carl' Simola
Charles "Carl" Simola, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 9, 1924, in Ridgewood, N.J. A resident for 35 years, he was a retired loan recovery representative.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy "Trish"; two sons, Robert Simola and Mike Emery of Las Vegas; two daughters, Judy Stibick of Las Vegas and Pam Borinstein of Dallas; and seven grandchildren.

David B. Slater, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 8, 1909, in Los Angeles. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired accountant who worked for the Los Angeles School District for 47 years.
He is survived by one daughter, Sylvia Thomas; one nephew, Paul Bruns of Encino, Calif.; and two nieces, Barbara Hughes of Hemet, Calif., and Betsy Stoddard of Angeles Oaks, Calif.
Visitation is scheduled 1-3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Jennifer L.K. Smith, 47, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born in California. A resident for 45 years, she was a cashier and a Salvation Army volunteer.
She is survived by her father, George W. Smith, her stepmother, Maxine McNeely, one sister, Dorothy L. Sterrette, and one niece, Jennifer Culley, all of Nevada.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Salvation Army Corps Chapel, 2900 Palomino Lane. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Wilma J. Vanderminden, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday. She was born June 6, 1929, in Hartford, N.Y. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired dispatcher for the Las Vegas Transit System.
She is survived by four daughters, Patrice Mcneiece and JoAnn Whittle, both of Las Vegas, Karin Vanderminden of Grand Junction, Colo., and Barbara Gomez of Del Rio, Texas; one son, Warren Vanderminden of Las Vegas; one brother, John McMurry of Kingsberry, N.Y.; one sister, Ella Dewey of Hartford, N.Y.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Charles G. Yedlowski, 78, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born March 22, 1921, in New York City. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired nightclub bartender.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine; one son, Ronald C. Yedlowski of Woodside, N.Y.; one daughter, Georgette Charles of Las Vegas; one brother, Mario Yedlowski of Indian Lake, N.Y.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
