Las Vegas gasoline prices rise

Gasoline prices in Las Vegas now average $1.42 per gallon, up 1 cent from October, AAA Nevada reported.
But statewide, the Nevada average of $1.43 is down 3 cents.
Energy analyst Alan Kovski, quoted by AAA, said gasoline prices should remain level or rise only slightly through January. Lower demand from less driving in winter will help offset crude costs that have risen lately, he said.
