RENO -- A Tampa, Fla.-based group has assumed ownership control of 94.6 percent of the company that operates two Northern Nevada casinos.
The deal by The Holder Group LLC involves the Silver Club Hotel-Casino in Sparks and El Capitan Lodge and Casino in Hawthorne.
It follows its acquisition of the Sundance Casino in Winnemucca last month.
The Holder Group on Friday completed the acquisition of common stock in Summit Casinos-Nevada Inc.
Harold Holder Sr., head of the group, said he envisions a future expansion of the Silver Club.
