Retailer opening at Galleria, Meadows malls

Two childrens' apparel stores plan to open in the Las Vegas area this month.

Juxtapose, a subsidiary of Norcross, Ga.-based American Retail Group Inc., will open Friday in the Galleria mall in Henderson. A second store opening is scheduled for Nov. 12 at Meadows mall.

In addition to children's apparel, Juxtapose stores will feature sound domes allowing customers to listen to music, a make-up table to try out brands and interactive computer kiosks. The stores will also include a juice bar offering current magazines.

The Las Vegas stores are part of a national expansion. Juxtapose operates 15 stores in eight cities throughout the West.
