StumbleHanneman named CEO at Sun City developer

PHOENIX -- LeRoy Hanneman Jr. today was named chief executive officer of Del Webb. Corp., a big homebuilder in Las Vegas.
The appointment of Hanneman was expected. He succeeds Philip Dion, who earlier announced plans to step down Dec. 1. Dion will stay on as chairman of the board. Hanneman is well known in Las Vegas, where he guided the development of the local Sun Cities for nine years. Del Webb developed Sun City Summerlin, Sun City MacDonald Ranch and now is developing Anthem in Henderson.
