StumbleDonations stolen from Halloween fund-raiser

The break-in occurred sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, authorities said. About $3,000 from a safe and a donation box was stolen.
On Tuesday, Carson City lawyer Bob Crowell wrote a check to cover the museum's loss. But museum officials are still angry at the intrusion.
"It had to be somebody who knows the building well," said Gale Thomssen, museum education coordinator. "It won't take long to find them."
The Carson City Sheriff's Office was investigating the crime.
