StumbleVolunteer group finishes hiking trail

Hardrockers spokesman Charles Smith said the trail is partly designed to provide access for handicapped persons to the Shakespeare Festival held there annually.
The trail features two overlooks and two shore access points. It also has signs with information about the area's flora and fauna.
Smith said about 10 volunteers from across the country took part in the project.
"We're a group of senior citizens that build trails for the physically impaired," he said.
