Primm mall sues restaurant over lease

Friday, May 28, 1999 | 11:33 a.m.

The managers of Primm's Fashion Outlet shopping mall are suing a restaurant company for breaking its lease.

Managers and parent companies of Bertolini's Authentic Trattoria in the Fashion Outlet mall were named in a District Court suit alleging more than $100,000 in damages. The suit was filed by Fashion Outlet of Las Vegas Associates and TrizecHahn Factory Shops Inc.

The suit says Bertolini's signed a 15-year lease and was to be the only full-service food outlet in the mall. The Italian restaurant opened in December but managers closed it in early April.

Morton's of Chicago, Bertolini's parent company, declined comment.
