The suits accuse the company of misleading the public about the potential performance of its stock.
Two suits have been filed in Nevada against the Henderson forage and turfgrass seed company that is attempting to grow by consolidating the market.
In addition to those two suits, seven more have been filed in the Southern District of New York and five in the District of New Mexico.
The out-of-state filings have been moved to Nevada and seven of the cases have been assigned to four different judges. The remaining seven cases have not been assigned.
When some of the individual suits were filed, AgriBioTech has denied wrongdoing.
