The Las Vegas-based airline has been cleared by the Federal Aviation Administration to begin passenger service next week.
National will launch service Thursday with daily flights to Chicago's Midway Airport and Los Angeles.
Service to New York and San Francisco is scheduled to begin June 14 and June 24, respectively.
"We can all take pride in this moment," Michael Conway, the airline's chief executive, said after FAA representatives presented the company with an air carrier operating certificate.
The inaugural flight is scheduled Thursday from Las Vegas to Los Angeles at 8:30 a.m., followed by a flight to Chicago Midway at 9:20 a.m.
