Television newsman at UNLV Greenfield

Veteran newsman Jeff Greenfield will deliver "A Political Update" tonight on the UNLV campus as part of the Barbara Greenspun Lecture Series.

After 14 years as a political and media analyst with ABC News, Greenfield moved to CNN in January 1998 and now serves as co-anchor with Bernard Shaw of "NewsStand: CNN & Time." He also guest hosts "Larry King Live" and is a contributing columnist for Time magazine.

A three-time Emmy Award winner and author or co-author of nine books, Greenfield began his career as a speechwriter for Sen. Robert F. Kennedy.

Greenfield will appear at 7:30 tonight at Artemus W. Ham Hall at UNLV. The event is hosted by the Greenspun School of Communications. For ticket information call 895-3801.
