LV selects new top planner

The former chief planner in Honolulu County, Hawaii, has accepted the top planning position in Las Vegas.
Tim Chow, director of community development in Nevada County, Calif., accepted the offer. He will make $94,000 a year.
Former planning director Theresa O'Donnell left the city March 23 to become planning director in Arlington, Texas.
