Lender sues LV homebuilder

Zions attorney Brian Holthus said the vehicles and equipment include a diesel truck, an equipment trailer, a tractor, a water truck, portable generators, fork lifts, backhoes, and oil storage tanks, among other things.

The $375,000 claim represents the total currently past due plus the amount Rhodes would owe over the life of four separate five-year leases. The leases expire at various points from November of this year through February 2002. Holthus did not know the amount Rhodes is currently past due.

Rhodes has not seen the suit and declined comment, a spokeswoman said.
