Tejon said it's an agri-business and real estate development company that owns Tejon Ranch, a land holding 60 miles north of Los Angeles.
At Howard Hughes, Goolsby helped develop Hughes's Summerlin master planned community as well as several Hughes office, commercial and industrial properties in the Las Vegas area.
Goolsby is also a director fo America West Holdings Corp. and Nevada Power Co.
