Letter: Mistake shouldn’t cost taxpayers

This is the best example I have seen recently of a morally and ethically bankrupt person. Not only should his greed and unscrupulous conduct not make him a profit (thereby costing the taxpayers money) he should be penalized to the full legal extent.
