American Wagering said the stadium holds more than 30 events a year like rugby matches, and is one of the venues for the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
American Wagering said it will pay the stadium a percentage of all wagers accepted and in return the stadium is providing the necessary space, services and utilities for its sports betting operation.
American Wagering said it will be the sole bookmaker during all events at the stadium and will offer additional wagering daily at the site.
Separately, American Wagering said its previously reported Australian Internet sports betting service started accepting wagers from non-U.S. customers.
