Official named at casino operator

Jacka is a gaming consultant who retired after 30 years of combined state and local government service. He has served as corporate vice president, secretary and director of Bally Gaming Inc., director of the Nevada Motor Vehicle Department and as assistant sheriff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
He is currently secretary, treasurer and a director of the newly reorganized Elsinore Corp., owner of the Four Queens hotel-casino.
At NevStar, Jacka will serve as liaison to the Gaming Control Board and will work with gaming counsel on all matters related to licensing and operational compliance. He will also supervise the background reviews of key employees and business associates for NevStar.
NevStar owns the Mesquite Star hotel-casino in Mesquite and plans a casino and entertainment complex in North Las Vegas.
