The annual Adult and Senior Free Fishing Derby will begin 7 a.m. Saturday at the Sunset Park lake, 2601 E. Sunset Road.
There are two categories for competition: 18-54 years, and 55 and older. The three fishermen in each age group who catch the largest trout and the three in each group who catch any other game fish will receive a grand prize.

Special program on tap at Clark County Library
Jewish families from Southern Nevada are invited to attend Pre-Passover Fun 2:30-4 p.m. Sunday at the Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road, a program presented by the Jewish Community Center.
Passover-related activities for all ages will be featured in this free event. Reservations are required. Call 794-0090.
Sorority sponsoring fourth annual program
Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Delta Kappa Chapter, is sponsoring its fourth annual African-American Student Career Day program at 7:20 a.m. March 24 on the Community College of Southern Nevada Cheyenne campus, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave.

Henderson recreation plans 3-on-3 tournament
The Henderson Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual teen three-on-three basketball tournament 4-6 p.m. Friday at the Black Mountain Recreation Center, 599 Greenway Road.
The program will offer two divisions, junior (grades 6-8) and seniors (grades 9-12). Participation is $6 per team. Call 565-2880.
