StumbleSubcontractor sues School District

The Clark County School District, general contractor Parsons Fleming & Taylor International and Wells Pugsley Architects were named in the suit filed by Addison Inc.
Addison, which provided materials and labor in the Gilmore and Seaforth Middle School project, sought arbitration in an undisclosed claims dispute. Addison received a Jan. 28 letter rejecting arbitration, triggering the suit.
The defendants declined comment.
