State official Bodeau dies

CARSON CITY -- Scott Bodeau, chief of the legal division for the state Gaming Control Board, died Saturday after suffering a massive heart attack while playing racquetball in Carson City. He was 50.
Bodeau headed the stable of lawyers in the attorney general's office that handled the legal problems of the gaming board. He had been with the attorney general's office for 21 years.
He worked for the departments of transportation and natural resources and conservation before being chosen to head the gaming staff. He has been an instructor on "Gaming Law and Regulation" at the University of Nevada, Reno.
