StumbleReceiver sought for luxury home

The William S. Redd and Marilyn S. Redd Family Trust filed suit in Clark County District Court against Rodd Buckle, seeking a receiver to resolve disputes between the parties.
The suit says Buckle defaulted on a contract to buy a residence at 45 Country Club Lane for $1.9 million. The defendant signed a promissory note of $1.7 million, secured by the deed of trust against the property.
Buckle could not be reached for comment.
