StumbleBusiness partners in suit over split

Freidrich Gradl, as president of Grapi Consulting and Investment Co., sued Detlef Pinnow, who the suit says was using resources of the company after the corporation had been dissolved.
Gradl said after the company was dissolved on Jan. 19, he discovered that Pinnow, who had been secretary of the corporation, was continuing to use the Grapi name and was collecting money on behalf of the corporation.
Pinnow could not be reached for comment.
