Heinz Boldes, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 31, 1922, in Glogau, Germany. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired senior vice president for Rite Aid, served in the British military, served as a major in the Israeli Army and was past president of B'nai B'rith.

He is survived by his wife, Esther; one son, Eitan Boldes of Marlton, N.J.; one daughter, Naava Ellis of Harrisburg, Pa.; and three grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association, 6370 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103, or the Jewish Home of Harrisburg, Pa.

Boyd L. Bowler Sr.Boyd L. Bowler Sr., 58, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 15, 1940, in Beaver, Utah. A resident for eight years, he was a retired restaurant manager.

He is survived by his wife, Sally; four sons, Boyd Bowler Jr. of Park City, Utah, Larry Burlingame and Lowell Burlingame, both of Orem, Utah, and Shad Bybee of Orlando, Fla.; four daughters, Gina Price of California, Lisa Willbanks of Springville, Utah, Kellie Deveraux of Salt Lake City and Lani Tarr of Houma, La.; his mother, Bertha Bowler of Provo, Utah; two brothers, Clark W. Bowler Jr. of Provo and Sam Bowler of Las Vegas; two sisters, Nancy Christiansen and Tiffani Forbush, both of Orem; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Tuesday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd. A memorial service in Provo is pending.

Angeline M. Boyle

Angeline M. Boyle, 52, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 8, 1946, in Medford, Ore. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired Fremont hotel-casino change attendant, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Texas and a member of the Culinary Union.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce E.; four sons, Allen Downey of Wichita Falls, Texas, James Hunter of Longview, Wash., and Edward Hunter and Allen Bachmann, both of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Debbie Barboza, and one stepson, Michael Boyle, both of Wichita Falls; two sisters, Lenora Livingston of Springfield, Mo., and Bertha White of Salem, Ore.; and 12 grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Eula Cazenave

Eula Cazenave, 85, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. She was born March 1, 1914, in Lake Charles, La. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker, member and past president of the Crippled Children Society.

She is survived by one son, Marx Cazenave Jr. of San Francisco; one sister, Mabel Johnson of Pittsburg, Calif.; and one grandchild.

Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Los Angeles. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Robert W. Ferrandiz

Robert W. Ferrandiz, 73, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 17, 1925, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 11 years, he was a veteran of the Merchant Marines and a member of the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife, Bok "Sue"; one brother, Sonny, and three sisters, Chickie, Betty and Irene, all of New York.

Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.

Homer Garry

Homer Garry, 70, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 28, 1928, in Okolonia, Ark. A resident for 56 years, he was a retired truck driver for REECo, a Korean War Army veteran and a member of the Teamsters Union for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Augusta M.; seven children; and numerous grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 1-8 p.m. Tuesday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be noon Wednesday in Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1100 N. D St. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Theron Howard Sr.

Theron Howard Sr., 83, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born May 5, 1915, in Crystal Springs, Miss. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired Air Force major and World War II and Korean War veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Mississippi.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline; one son, Theron Howard Jr. of Las Vegas; one brother, Thomas Anderson of Balboa, Pa.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

David Kemple

David Kemple, 29, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 10, 1969, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a botanist in the landscaping industry and a 1987 Bonanza High School graduate.

He is survived by his companion, Robert Geddes of Las Vegas; his parents, James and Carol Kemple of St. George, Utah; two sisters, Sherri Davis of Las Vegas and Linda Martin of Orem, Utah; two brothers, James Kemple Jr. of Las Vegas and Shawn Kemple of Sheffield, England (serving an LDS mission); and his grandparents, Mabel and Clay Bollschweiler, and Neta Stapley, all of St. George.

Joslyn S. Morgan

Joslyn S. Morgan, 74, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 10, 1924, in Jamaica. A resident for five years, he was a former member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

He is survived by his wife, Lois; three daughters, Barbara of Las Vegas, Paulette of Miami and Ilona of Chicago; one son, Robert of Los Angeles; two brothers, George and Bertie, both of Kingston, Jamaica; one sister, Bertha of New York City; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 5 p.m. services Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Marion B. Von Savage

Marion B. Von Savage, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 1, 1923, in Los Angeles. A resident for 37 years, she was a central kitchen manager for the Clark County School District.

She is survived by one son, Lee Houghton of Las Vegas; and one brother, Andy Jackson of Arizona.

Warren Steven WagnerWarren Steven Wagner, 48, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 9, 1950, in Flushing Meadows, N.Y. A resident for six years, he was a casino floorman and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; his mother, Rose Wagner of Las Vegas; his father, Arthur Wagner, and one sister, Lois Wagner, both of Cranford, N.J.; and two brothers, Robert Wagner of Harrington Park, N.J., and Thomas Wagner of Lodi, N.J.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 7 p.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Mildred B. Walker

Mildred B. Walker, 78, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born April 1, 1920, in Clinton, Okla. A resident for 35 years, she was a retired Clark County School District teacher.

She is survived by one daughter, Alethea W. Stoughton, and one son, Jeffrey Kay Walker, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Dorothy Scarce of Sulphur, La., and Mary Pallesen of Oklahoma City; one brother, Leslie Biggs of Fort Worth, Texas; and two grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled one hour prior to 1 p.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial followed in Palm Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.

Ruth Walker

Ruth Walker, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 9, 1923, in Rome, Ga. A resident for 36 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Kenneth Walker of Nashville, Tenn., David Walker and John Earl Walker, both of Las Vegas, and Bruce Walker; three sisters, Faye Charles, Joyce Roland and Helen Roland, all of Rome; four brothers, Eugene Roland, Hugh Roland and Gene Roland, all of Rome, and Roy Roland of Thousand Lakes, Texas; and four grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Charlene 'Shorty' Williams

Charlene "Shorty" Williams, 62, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 27, 1936, in Boise, Idaho. A resident for 56 years, she was a controller for a plumbing firm, past district governor of Toastmasters International, founder of Las Vegas Motocross Club and Las Vegas Bicycle Motocross Club, administrative assistant for the Las Vegas Boys and Girls Club and past treasurer of the First Church of Religious Science.

She is survived by her husband, Bob; one daughter, Yvonne Fox, four sons, Bobby Williams, Doug Williams, Michael Williams and Donald "Butch" Williams; two sisters, Carolyn Gratz and Sharon Russell, and her parents, Orlin and Marjorie Loveland, all of Las Vegas; and 12 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the First Church of Religious Science, 1420 E. Harmon Ave. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Eloise Woods

Eloise Woods, 82, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local health care center. She was born June 28, 1916, in The Dalles, Ore. A resident for 27 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, James R. Woods of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
