The UNLV softball team was back in action today at Rebel Diamond for its third and final game against San Jose State. The Rebels made a clean sweep in their WAC series opener with a 4-0 shutout to go 9-6 overall and 3-0 in the conference.
The Rebels scored all of their runs in the third inning. Linda Garza doubled in UNLV's first run to get things started and two batters later Raven Coberg hit a double into center field to score three runs. The Rebels finished with 10 hits.
