Calvin Marshall, 32, of Anaconda, Mont., and Raymond Currington, 30, of Pueblo, Colo., were booked into the Washoe County Jail on murder and robbery charges.
They're accused of murdering David W. Kloehn, 46, whose body was found early Friday morning at the rear of Mr. O's Bar on South Virginia Street by a customer.
Police declined to disclose how Kloehn was murdered.
The two were found Friday night at Circus Circus Hotel & Casino in Reno and arrested after questioning.
They were staying at a local motel and had only been in the Reno area for a week, police said.
Both have previous multiple felony convictions, police added.
