John P. Bergamasco
John P. Bergamasco, 67, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born Nov. 3, 1931, in Monessen, Pa. A resident for 37 years, he was a retired Wackenhut security guard at the Nevada Test Site for 24 1/2 years, a Korean War Army veteran, a member of the Masons in Donora, Pa., and the Las Vegas Pittsburgh Club.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta; one son, John Patric, and one daughter, Susan Zvoda, both of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Arthur Bergamasco of West Newton, Pa., and Robert Bergamasco of Eldora, Pa.
Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. until noon services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119, or Reformation Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89104.
Jody Charles
Jody Charles, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born July 26, 1929, in Bermuda. A resident for 49 years, she was a retired hotel waitress.
She is survived by two daughters, Pam Bennett and Kristie Bennett, both of Las Vegas; one grandchild, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Carolyn L. Cocci
Carolyn L. Cocci, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born April 11, 1926, in Philadelphia. A resident for 41 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Emilio; one son, Thomas I. Cocci of Missouri; two nieces, both of Philadelphia; and one grandchild.
American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling private arrangements.
Irene J. DiAddezio
Irene J. DiAddezio, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born June 6, 1916, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for 32 years, she was a retired Postal Service employee.
She is survived by one brother, Arthur Wachowiak of Buffalo; and one nephew, Michael Wachowiak of Newport, Va.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.
Anna Elio
Anna Elio, 92, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born July 3, 1906, in Denver. A resident for 20 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Union Pacific Oldtimers Club.
She is survived by one son, Lawrence Elio of Denver; one daughter, Beverly DiLullo of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will be in Denver. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Edward J. Halligan
Edward J. Halligan, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 19, 1927, in New York City. A resident for seven years, he was a retired insurance broker and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Iris; one daughter, Karen Donovan, and one son, Kyle Halligan, both of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling private arrangements.
Thomas Edward Harrison
Thomas Edward Harrison, 56, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 6, 1942, in Oklahoma. A resident for many years, he was a maintenance supervisor for an apartment complex and an Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Kim Jones of Washington, D.C.; and one brother, Harry Harrison of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Russell Lee Osthus
Russell Lee Osthus, 50, of Rachel, died Tuesday in a Las Vegas hospital. He was born April 15, 1949, in Sioux Falls, S.D. A resident of Southern Nevada for 10 years, he was an aircraft mechanic, an Air Force retiree and Vietnam War veteran. He is survived by his wife, Sally Ann Riggs Osthus; three sons, Eric W. Osthus of Indiana, John Mac Smalls of Lavernia, Texas, and James D. Smalls of Dallas; one daughter, Loretta A. Smalls of Blaine, Wash.; his mother, Eleanor Osthus of Lennox, S.D.; three sisters, Beverly Stiles of Beresford, S.D., Carolyn Singer of Grinnell, Iowa, and Diane Isakson of Westminster, Colo.; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Graveside services will be 2:15 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.
Ardella Ronald
Ardella Ronald, 77, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 7, 1921, in Silver City, Utah. A resident for 70 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, William; one son, Steven J. McKinney of Glenwood Springs, Colo.; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling private arrangements.
Arthur A. Sagal
Arthur A. Sagal, 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 12, 1930, in the Bronx, N.Y. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired law enforcement officer and a member of the Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club Inc., Nevada Chapter 1.
He is survived by his wife, Roslin; three daughters, Rori of New Haven, Conn., Tedi of Hamden, Conn., and Beth of Meriden, Conn.; two sons, Marc of Bonny Doon, Calif., and Karl of Wilmington, Mass.; one sister, Barbara of New Canaan, Conn.; and four grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Cordelle A. Strobl
Cordelle A. Strobl, 21, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local health care center. She was born Dec. 10, 1929, in New London, Wis. A resident for 21 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Harland; one son, Steven Stroble, and one daughter, Rebecca Culpepper, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Clifford Meyer of Appleton, Wis.; one sister, Jeanette Schommer of Hollywood, Fla.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Bishop T. Tolefree
Bishop T. Tolefree, 75, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. He was born Nov. 12, 1923, in Warren, Ark. A resident for 14 years, he owned and operated a service station and was a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Future; three sons, Nesby Tolefree of Kansas City, Mo., Jay Tolefree of Las Vegas and Todd Tolefree of Atlanta; three daughters, Toni Davis and Bobbie Penleton, both of North Las Vegas, and Terri Hardy of Covina, Calif.; one brother, Benny Tolefree, and three sisters, Ruth Tolefree, Emma White and Elizabeth Tolefree, all of Kansas City, Mo.; and 16 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday in Ebenezer Church of God in Christ, 1072 W. Bartlett Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Ebenezer Church of God in Christ. Burial will follow in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Gilbert Von Urquidy
Gilbert Von Urquidy, 57, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born April 2, 1942, in Pasadena, Calif. A resident for 10 years, he was in the real estate business.
He is survived by one daughter, Heather Holland of Grand Prairie, Texas; one son, Scotti Von Urquidy, and one brother, Carey Von Urquidy, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Shelley Limoges of Sapphire, N.C.; and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Robert John Wiegold
Robert John Wiegold, 48, of Las Vegas died June 9 in Las Vegas. He was born June 1, 1951, in Illinois. A resident for many years, he was a meat cutter and a Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila.
Visitation will be 1:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Services will follow in Boulder City Cemetery.
