StumbleLetter: Swift justice is the only answer

I'm sure that we will once again hear calls for more or stiffer gun laws.
Folks, this isn't the answer. We already have plenty of laws.
What we need is rapid and sure enforcement of the law and its penalties.
When he came out of that store he should have been met by his executioners then and there -- not be found insane or allowed (at taxpayers expense) to die of old age while we provide his housing, medical care, legal expenses and appeals ad nauseum, etc.
