He started a war without Congress' approval and violated the War Powers Act against a sovereign nation, proving again he has no respect for the rule of law.

President Clinton's apologists, propagandists and spin doctors will now declare that he is the "peacemaker" and his disrespect for the Constitution, which he swore to uphold, was justified.

The American people, who are largely politically unaware and interested in their self-interest, will approve once again.

The phony polls will once again be touted by the liberal media, apologists, propagandists and spin doctors and the U.N. and NATO will emerge more powerful.

America and the American people have lost.

Will the E.U. pay 100 percent of the cost for the destruction in Yugoslavia as we did for the Marshall Plan in 1945-47?
