It's like putting one's faith in the tooth fairy. To make the county compound more user-friendly I propose they ask permission from the National Inquirer to post a copy of the Blue Dot next to the entrance.
What's next? Maybe it's time for some enterprise to print rolls of wallpaper with all the laws on the book so John Q. Public can plaster the south wall of our City Hall.
Anything is better than what's up there now!
