StumbleWoman held after ex-husband claims she hired him to kill current husband

Billie Batek, 42, was arrested outside her home and booked on charges of solicitation of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
Investigators said she tried to hire her ex-husband after two unsuccessful efforts to lace her husband's drink with prescription medicine.
"He threw each drink out thinking the juice was rancid," Deputy Chief Jim Weston said.
He said the ex-husband went to police after Ms. Batek provided him with a gun and her husband's picture. Police still are seeking a motive.
