"Plug In To Entertainment," a forum on expanding the Nevada movie and television production industry, is set for Friday at the MGM Grand hotel-casino.
The event is produced by the Hollywood Reporter and the Entertainment Development Corporation Las Vegas.
Speakers include producer Jerry Molen (Schindler's List and Jurassic Park), director Michael Lembeck (Friends), writer Scott Williams (NYPD Blue) and Hollywood Reporter editor Bob Dowling.
"This is a chance for players in Hollywood and Las Vegas to learn how to work together and benefit the entertainment industry as a whole in the next century," said Mimosa Jones, president of the Entertainment Development Corporation.
