StumbleAmerica West opens new reservations center

The airline's Equity Way facility was formerly used as Reno Air's call center. Reno Air consolidated its call centers in Las Vegas last year as part of a cost-cutting move.
The new facility, which has about 350 agents, is twice the size of America West's former call center on Wells Avenue in Reno.
The airline's other two call centers are in Phoenix, which has about 1,300 agents, and in Kansas City, Mo., which has about 180 agents.
America West is the nation's ninth-largest airline and serves more than 90 destinations in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
