A Las Vegas developer is accused in a lawsuit of defaulting on a $7 million loan.
Lowe Enterprises Residential Partners of Los Angeles is attempting to collect $6.49 million from the Robert Jones Co. of Las Vegas in connection with the Sanctuary, a 390-unit housing and condominium development at 8135 Spring Mountain Road.
Lowe said it extended a $7 million credit line to a Sanctuary partnership in January 1997, but has only received about $500,000 in payments since that time.
The defendant could not be reached for comment.
