Vegas top choice for trade shows

The annual listing of the top 200 shows by the publication Trade Show Week shows Las Vegas topped Chicago as the most popular megashow site, hosting 27 of the nation's top shows.
Chicago claimed 22 of the shows and Atlanta was third with 18.
Las Vegas also rented more net square feet (13.2 million) than any other city, maintaining a 20 percent market share in that category. Chicago was second with 10.4 million and Atlanta third with 7 million.
Some of the largest trade shows held in Las Vegas include Comdex, Consumer Electronics Show, Men's Apparel Guild in California and the National Association of Broadcasters.
