It was an increase of 57 percent as home closings increased 16 percent to 5,513.
And Beazer Homes USA Inc. of Atlanta, also a Nevada builder, said it earned $10.3 million in its third quarter, up 82 percent from the year-ago quarter.
Earnings per share increased 80 percent to $1.15 as home closings increased 31 percent to 1,961.
