StumbleBuilders sued over employee benefits

Three trust funds filed suit against Precision Builders Inc., Gentile Framing Inc. and Star Insurance Co., seeking to recover allegedly unpaid employee benefit trust contributions.
The plaintiffs are the trustees of Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust; Construction Industry and Carpenters Joint Pension Trust for southern Nevada Carpenters and Millwrights Apprenticeship Training Committee; and Southern California-Nevada Regional Council of Carpenters Vacation Trust Funds.
The defendants could not be reached for comment. The amounts allegedly owed were not specified in the suit.
