With the exception of his grandmother, who died recently, he has known no extended family, which leads to a rather lonely existence, his mother said.
He loves the outdoors and his mother would like to see him have the chance to make relationships beyond the family.
By sending donations to the Las Vegas Sun summer camp fund, children like Dustin will be able to spend a week making new friends and experiencing life outside of the city.
