If he had just been more modern, more up to date and socially acceptable in his methods he would have applied to the U.N. for backing, and obtained the services of Planned Parenthood to kill off the unborn and used their bodies for stem cell research so that the chosen few would not have to worry about chronic illness.
The elderly, nonproductive "burdens" on society could be euthanized as is being done in the Netherlands.
Who knows, instead of being labeled a criminal, he might have had an approval rating every bit as good as Clinton's.
